It’s easy to fall into the trap of feeling “just a mum”, “just a husband”, or “just a [insert your career profession here]”, but please know that you’re so much more than the label you’re giving yourself. You might not feel it now, but you’re already beautiful inside and out. Body confidence issues arise from low self-esteem—usually gained in childhood. It’s not your fault, and you’re not alone in feeling this way. The exciting news is that you have the power to change your negative self-image and become unapologetically body confident inside and out!

Coaching will help you overcome insecurities and feel better about yourself by working on the inside as well as the outside. You still have to show up and do the work. There are no corners to cut. I will never put you in a box, and I will push you when needed. You’re unique, so we’ll talk about the missing piece of your puzzle so you can nourish the four pillars and look after your body in the long term.

What does coaching look like?

£540 for six one-to-one sessions that can be delivered in one of the following ways:
Walk and talk in the park*
One-to-one online over Zoom
In-person (additional costs may apply, depending on the venue)
Small online groups are also available (contact me for more info)

*Outdoor coaching is extremely powerful! It helps to ground you, fosters authenticity and confidence, and helps you escape the stresses of everyday life. Connecting with nature helps open your mind to new, positive perspectives — I highly recommend you try it!!

Coaching tools we might use

Outside of our coaching sessions, you will be given homework such as:

  • Journalling
  • Meditation
  • Physical Activities
  • Worksheets

Who is this for?

Coaching with me is for people who are ready to take action! I will give you homework to do. Not overkill, but you will have some small tasks to complete which might take you out of your comfort zone.

One of my previous clients, a longtime member of my fitness classes, decided to join my self-healing coaching course. Although delivered in a group setting, this course focused on individual needs, leading to huge personal growth for the participants.
